Forever We Hear

phantasmagoric

lost voices

elastic, shrill cacophony

drill my focus

touch your every word

silky sails of wind

swallow me into familiar depths

of carnal revelry

we emerge as one

rest in a calm pool

of deep thoughts

understood through

the other’s eyes
